A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced care professional to step into a Supported Living Manager role within a growing and ambitious service. With multiple sites already in operation—and further expansion planned across surrounding areas—this is the perfect role for someone who thrives in development, leadership, and service growth.

🔹 Main Responsibilities
* Lead and develop staff teams across multiple supported living locations
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and CQC compliance
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and operational delivery
* Build strong relationships with families, social workers, commissioners, and community partners
* Support the service as it expands into new locations
* Motivate teams, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement
🔹 What We're Looking For
* Experience in Supported Living OR Domiciliary Care
* Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and a growing team
* Understanding of Supporting People, LD, Autism, and complex needs
* Someone excited by growth, development, and service expansion
