Daily Duties
* Assisting with concept design, feasibility studies and design development
* Producing drawings, models and presentation material
* Supporting planning submissions and design reports
* Liaising with internal team members and external consultants
* Attending meetings, site visits and design reviews
* Contributing to collaborative studio discussions and project delivery
Ideal Candidate
* RIBA Part I qualified in Architecture
* Some post:Part I professional experience preferred
* Strong design, graphic and presentation skills
* Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Revit)
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ideally based locally to Newcastle
