As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR priorities aligned with global strategies. Join our team and let's achieve great things together!
What will you do?
* Consult with leaders in designated client groups within the UK and Europe, focusing mainly on the Commercial business.
* Use change management strategies to support business transformation.
* Assist in organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HR colleagues.
* Partner with the global HR function to deliver value-added services aligning with organizational goals.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as needed, coordinating with departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop performance improvement plans.
* Lead HR or business initiatives such as organizational restructuring, cultural change, or employee rewards.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management, handling sensitive issues professionally.
