We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new housing projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including site logistics, procurement, and construction. Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and building codes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of successful project management in the housing development sector. Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices. Full UK driving licence.
