*Advanced Scaffolder*
*Job Title:* Advanced Scaffolder
*Location:* Various Sites Around Pembrokeshire
*Pay:* Rate dependent on experience
*Job Overview*
W.B. Griffiths & Son Ltd are seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a range of construction projects, including more complex scaffolding structures, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
*Responsibilities*
* Erect, alter, and dismantle complex scaffolding structures
* Read and work from scaffold drawings and specifications
* Ensure all scaffolding works comply with current regulations and safety standards
* Supervise and support scaffolding teams on site
* Carry out inspections and identify any safety concerns
* Liaise with site management and other trades when required
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety
*Requirements*
* CISRS Advanced Scaffolder qualification
* Valid CSCS card
* Strong scaffolding industry experience
* Good knowledge of TG20 and scaffolding regulations
* Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
* Reliable, organised, and safety conscious
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* HGV Licence (Preferable but not essential)
