Learning & Development Lead Up to £46,000 | Full-time | On-site | Norfolk-based Looking for a role where your ideas will actually be put into practice? Acting as both designer and deliverer, the L&D Lead will take full ownership of the training cycle – from crafting compelling inductions and compliance programmes to delivering refreshers, on-the-job coaching, and learning initiatives that drive real results. It’s a hands-on, people-focused role where every training session contributes to better performance, stronger compliance and a thriving learning culture.
