BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Role Purpose
To manage all internal sales and business development activity, supporting branch growth and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and email.
*
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including dormant accounts.
*
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and orders accurately and promptly.
*
Chase quotes, orders, and purchase orders to drive sales conversion.
*
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including notes, files, and job documentation.
*
Work closely with Area Sales Managers and follow company sales strategies.
*
Provide general sales administration and support as required by the Branch Manager.
Skills & Experience
*
Proven sales experience with a strong customer-focused approach.
*
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
*
Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
*
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
MUST HAVE PROVEN HISTORY OF COLD CALLING AS THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINANTLY NEW BUSINESS DRIVEN
Salary & Benefits
* £26,000-£28,500
* Working Hours 8-5PM
* Individual Bonus Scheme
