We are looking to increase our successful telesales team to help us grow our business. We are advertising for office based telesales agents who are looking for a new career and challenge to engage with potential clients to promote fuel and electric fuel cards and also telematics devices to businesses throughout the UK. Successful applicants will start, manage and grow their own customer base. We work with some of the largest fuel and fuel card companies in the UK, such as Shell, Esso, Texaco, UK Fuels and Keyfuels. Our clients vary from some of the largest businesses in the UK to one-man van operators, so we need telesales operatives that are professional, confident, positive and self-motivated to sell to companies of all sizes.
We are an award-winning family run business that has over 49 years experience in the fuel industry. We have a professional and fun interpersonal working environment and use the most up to date technology and systems to help us achieve our objectives.
Training is ongoing, both in house and external and staff are encouraged and helped to further their education whilst working with us. We also run monthly competitions and optional social events to encourage a fun and engaging working environment.
Salary starts at £25,000 plus attractive commission. In addition to the above, staff also benefit from other incentives, a Company Pension Scheme, an Employee Assistance Program and after one years' service Private Health Care cover is also offered along with an extra paid holiday day applied each year for the first 5 years.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday and on Fridays. Holidays start at 20 days each year plus Bank Holidays and increase by a day each year for 5 years up to a total of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
Dress code is Smart casual and Staff uniform is provided after a probation period and we have a casual clothes day every Friday.
