This role involves working across a broad and general corporate caseload, including M&A, strategic investments, management buyouts and re-organisations.The successful candidate will be joining a team who is undergoing a substantial growth plan and will be responsible for enhancing and growing the current client offering. The ideal candidate will be at the 1-5 years' PQE level, with previous experience of working within a corporate department since qualifying. Responsibilities include:
* Gain experience across a broad spectrum of corporate work, including M&A, strategic investments, management buyouts and re-organisations.
* Support a range of clients including national and international companies, entrepreneurs and private equity clients. You will often work for repeat clients and have the opportunity to build rapport and foster important and longstanding relationships.
* Benefit from the right balance of responsibility and independence, from the outset, to work confidently with your own transactions and client relationships, combined with the support and supervision from senior colleagues to enable you to continue developing your skills and knowledge as you to progress.
Skills and experience sought:
* A lawyer with previous corporate experience
