What You’ll Be Doing
* Carry out fault finding, problem solving and planned and preventative maintenance on plant equipment to maximise reliability and performance.
* Respond to internal customer needs to maximise production time according to given priorities.
* Comply with food safety standards and controls to ensure all work is carried out correctly and safely.
* Complete all necessary documentation, ensuring it is kept accurate and audit‑ready.
* Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to promote Health & Safety and operational efficiency.
* Maintain a range of manufacturing/production/packaging machinery.
* Work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with rotating days and nights.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working as an engineer, having completed an accredited apprenticeship or equivalent with an appropriate Level 3 qualification.
* Experience as a maintenance engineer within manufacturing/FMCG or a similar environment.
* Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding.
