Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing personalised learning plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH challenges.
2. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the academic and emotional growth of students.
3. Support the assessment and tracking of students' progress, offering personalised assistance and feedback as required.
4. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
5. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to facilitate student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
6. Relevant experience working with students with SEMH needs, preferably within an educational setting.
7. Understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges and effective support strategies.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
