TMS, a well-established and successful company, is looking for a highly professional Afternoon Receptionist to join our team at the Kia Loughborough dealership.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer care. You'll take the time to engage with visitors, creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring a smooth handover to the appropriate sales or service team member.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member and offer refreshments including baking pastries ( ready made and using our air fryer) and maintaining Coffee Machine.
* Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintain a clean and organised customer-facing environment.
* Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the dealership.
You will play a vital role in representing the dealership and ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
About You:

Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is essential.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 13:00 - 18:00
* Occasional cover for annual leave may be required.
