Your new role
* Choose the working pattern that suits you-whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or full-time consistency
* Deliver engaging lessons using materials provided by the school
* Complete marking in line with school policies and expectations
* Provide a concise summary of the day's progress for the class teacher
* Demonstrate a strong grasp of the Year 4 curriculum, including core subjects like English and maths
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupil development and enthusiasm
What you'll need to succeed
* Ability to work on a flexible or regular basis
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a focus on Year 4
* Confident classroom presence and clear communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and school staff
* A caring and inclusive teaching approach that supports varied learning abilities
* Professionalism and warmth when interacting with pupils, parents, and school teams
