Job Description
You will join as the first marketing hire to disrupt the global dental sensitivity market. Working directly with founders who have previously scaled D2C brands to £70M+ ARR, you will build the growth engine from scratch. You will own the entire customer journey, from paid acquisition to retention strategy.

What You Will Do
* Design and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across Meta, TikTok, and paid social ahead of the summer 2026 launch.
* Build out the D2C tech stack including Shopify integration, email/SMS flows, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks.
* Manage the entire unit economics model, taking full ownership of CAC, ROAS, and LTV to ensure sustainable, high-growth scaling.
The ideal candidate
* 2-5 years of hands‑on D2C growth experience, ideally from a high‑growth UK challenger brand like Huel, Surreal, or Grind.
* AI‑native operator who defaults to using automation and AI tools to move faster and execute high‑quality work independently.
* Entrepreneurial "founder wiring" with the ability to build and iterate rapidly without needing a pre‑defined brief or large team.
