Senior Pensions Administrator, Wellingborough
We are seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available; please discuss during your application
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver the pension and payroll finance service in accordance with Kier's strategies and policies, ensuring business requirements are met
* Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with contractual commitments and foster long-lasting customer relationships
* Support and collaborate with team members to achieve service and team objectives; participate in management meetings, contribute ideas, and resolve issues
* Develop the skills and performance of Pension and Payroll Finance administrators; set and review performance targets regularly
Candidate Requirements
* Ideally hold a CIPP qualification or a formal payroll qualification
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Defined Contributions, Defined Benefits, and Public Sector pension schemes (including LGPS and NHS)
* Excellent understanding of Auto-Enrolment rules and legislation related to Annual & Lifetime Allowance
