About the role
Lubrication Engineering Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. You are based in a major centre in Victoria with extensive travel across Victoria, Tasmania and eastern South Australia, working with our well-established customer base. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer relationships, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of our business.
Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or hold a valid work visa to be eligible for this position.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively managing and building strong, long-term relationships with our most strategic accounts
* Accurately forecasting sales and developing account plans to drive revenue growth
* Identifying and capitalising on cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs
* Representing the company at key industry events and networking opportunities
* Regularly reporting on account performance and contributing to the overall sales strategy
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors
* Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, strategic customer relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
* Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, or sales) is desirable
