This role offers hands-on experience in change and transformation with development opportunities and strong peer support.

You will be an important part of the PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio, helping to set standards for benefits and value management and embedding them. You will help our teams identify, value and validate their project benefits.

Team

You’ll join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO), part of the Transformation Team within the Strategy, Transformation and Assurance (STA) directorate. The PMO supports change, transformation and continuous improvement across the business. STA fosters inclusive, supportive cultures and uses evidence and innovation to influence policy and delivery.
