Business Development Manager

What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively identify, target, and win
new public sector accounts
– from central government departments to arm's-length bodies.
* Leverage your
knowledge of frameworks (CCS, G-Cloud, DOS, RM... you name it)
to craft winning bids and sales strategies.
* Act as a true
trusted advisor
to clients, understanding their needs and shaping solutions that deliver value.
* Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation through to deal closure.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record
in Business Development / Sales within the
Public Sector & Central Government
space.
* Deep knowledge of
public sector procurement frameworks
and how to navigate them to unlock opportunities.
* A true
hunter mentality
– someone who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-starter mindset with the drive to make things happen.
