Role Overview
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the regional TA team, develop strategic hiring initiatives, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top talent aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and lead a proactive, customer-focused team of TA professionals across the region.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies utilizing diverse channels.
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide talent solutions.
* Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote best practices in talent acquisition.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and recruitment processes.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR roles.
* Proficiency in English; additional regional languages (Turkish, Polish, Arabic, Russian) are advantageous.
* Previous leadership and team management experience preferred.
