About the Role We're seeking driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants. Your Responsibilities During your first 6-9 months: Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your managerAs you progress into sales: Develop new business and manage client relationships Negotiate margins and contracts Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards Handle challenging conversations professionally Deliver exceptional customer service and manage your time effectivelyEarn uncapped commission at every stage of your career development.
