The International Centre for Eye Health (ICEH) at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine works to improve vision and eye health worldwide. We engage in research, education, capacity development, and technology, focusing on populations with the greatest needs. All of our work is done in partnership with colleagues in low- and middle-income countries.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in London. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing research projects, coordinating with team members and partners, tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and preparing reports. The Project Manager will also be involved in risk management, stakeholder communication, and supporting various project-related activities.
Qualifications
* Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and reporting
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
* Experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and partners
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Experience in the healthcare or eye health sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
