About The Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face of the HC-One Care Home, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals, and members of the local community. You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone.
When joining HC-One, you will support the Home Manager and Administrator in clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing whilst working to deadlines. With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and work independently.

About You
We are looking for someone with previous receptionist experience who understands the importance of first impressions. You should have excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner both over the phone and face to face.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training relevant to your role is required, along with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
