Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy Leading, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse staff Overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy, and audit processes Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives Ensuring health & safety compliance and operational best practice Managing KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics Supporting customer relationships and ensuring service excellence Assisting with budget control and operational planning About You Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager role Strong leadership and people management skills Experience within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment Good understanding of stock control, warehouse systems, and operations Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and performance Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation Strong communication and organisational skills IT literate (Excel and warehouse systems) Forklift licence or experience desirable The Business Our client is a well-established international logistics organisation with a strong presence across the UK and global markets.
