Responsibilities
:
1. Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment
2. Manage variations, EOT claims, and final accounts
3. Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments, and agreements
4. Monitor costs, cash flow, and financial reporting
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams
6. Ensure contractual compliance across all project activities
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within M&E / Building Services
8. Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
9. Experience with variations, valuations, EOTs, and final accounts
10. Confident managing subcontractors and multiple projects
11. Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial skills
12. Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Quantity Surveying or similar
