We're recruiting for a Compliance Administrator This is a
6-month fixed term
contract opportunity. Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a full-time, position working 37 hours per week, with a minimum 20% office based to promote collaboration and team working within across the business.

Here's The Facts About The Role
As compliance administrator you'll support us in the maintenance and development of key strategic data and compliance and risk reduction targets, helping us to maintain professional standards as well as VIVID's values, policies and priorities. This is a critical role ensuring we meet our statutory landlord compliance obligations, and allows you to play a key part of maintaining safety standards, reducing risk, and supporting our mission to deliver safe, secure homes.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Gaining full working knowledge of our Housing Management, Supplier databases and other systems
* Ensuring 100% compliance in areas such as gas, electrical, fire, water, asbestos, and lift safety
* Updating compliance data with precision and raising jobs for servicing and repairs
* Planning cyclical servicing work and ensuring jobs are costed, closed, and invoiced accurately
* Running reports and monitoring performance against KPIs
* Supporting the team with legal requirements, fire safety records, and leasehold packs
* Communicating confidently with third parties and stakeholders via phone and email
* Using Microsoft packages (particularly Excel) to manage data and reports
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, including working with data and maintaining and updating databases and systems. You'll also have a strong eye for detail and organisation skills. Knowledge of housing compliance areas (gas, electrical, fire safety) is desirable.
