Responsibilities
As a Lead Manager you will have your own management team to guide and will often be the most senior colleague in the store, responsible for ensuring the best possible service for our colleagues and customers. You will:
* Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department, while ensuring everything is safe and compliant, and everyone is in the right place at the right time.
* Be a role model, helping colleagues to know and love our products and services, involving everyone in community projects and proving what we can achieve together.
* Grow your own team by spotting talent and giving them the feedback and support they need to be their best.
Other responsibilities include leading from the front on the store floor, guiding your management team, and ensuring service excellence for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications / Requirements (implied)
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop a team.
* Ability to drive customer focus, sales, and store presentation while maintaining safety and compliance.
* Excellent communication and collaboration to share ideas and best practices.
