As a transport administrator you will be:
Briefing and debriefing drivers
Being the first point of contact for all drivers, ensuring all queries are fed back to.
Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance.
Operational excellence i.e. cost, service including Peak planning & delivery.
Provide the highest level of customer care, finding resolutions and the escalation of live issues.
The monitoring of all routes ensuring routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate.
Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
