We are currently looking for an experienced Painter to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in the refurbishment of void properties for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout East Devon. The Painter role:
* You will be completing internal and external decorations within housing settings.
* To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard, you will be incentivized with bonus schemes.
* Health and Safety is a priority, considering yourself, the team, and the customers around you.
What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or other relevant qualifications.
* Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to maintaining these standards professionally.
* Social Housing experience is desirable.
* Motivated approach to work and ability to meet individual and team output targets.
* Possession of a full current UK Driving Licence, which is essential, with a company van provided.
