What We’re Looking For Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (essential) Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record Confident in leading inspections and meeting statutory requirements Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices Skilled in motivating teams and managing day-to-day operations Strong communication and organisational skills A warm, approachable, and inclusive leadership style Why Join This Nursery?
