Job Description Nursery Manager | Up to £37,000 | Full-Time (40 hrs) Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and nurturing early years setting with a wonderful outdoor learning space. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager who values child-led learning, prioritises staff wellbeing, and is ready to take the next step in a supportive and progressive environment. The service is proud to offer a warm, community-focused nursery that places children at the heart of everything they do. As Nursery Manager, you'll take the lead in ensuring the highest standards of care and education, creating a safe, inspiring, and inclusive space for children to thrive. You'll be responsible for the daily running of the nursery, providing strong and empathetic leadership to a dedicated team, and building positive relationships with families and the wider community. What We’re Looking For Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (essential) Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record Confident in leading inspections and meeting statutory requirements Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices Skilled in motivating teams and managing day-to-day operations Strong communication and organisational skills A warm, approachable, and inclusive leadership style Why Join This Nursery?
