The Role:
As aNew Car Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle lease. Your role will involve:
* Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs.
* Providing expert advice on our extensive range of lease options and vehicle choices.
* Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
* Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity.
* Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets and being rewarded for your success!
Who Are We Looking For?
We wantgo-getters,deal-closers, andcustomer champions. If you have the following skills and attributes, wed love to hear from you:
* Proven experience insales, preferably incar leasing, automotive, or finance(but not essential we hire attitude as much as experience!).
* A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* A competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
* Confidence using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process.
* A team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
* A genuine passion for cars and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday:9:00am 6:00pm
* Saturday:One Saturday per month, 9:00am 3:00pm
When a Saturday is worked, youll receivea day off during the weekin lieu.
