The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintain high food standards and help lead the kitchen team. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily food preparation. Prepare authentic Indian/Bangladeshi dishes with consistent quality. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness according to regulations. Requirement: proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in Indian/Bangladeshi cuisine. Strong knowledge of spices, traditional cooking methods, and regional dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysCore skills required
