This role involves working closely with students who need additional support, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Support pupils with SEN both in and out of the classroom, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to succeed.
* Build trusting relationships with pupils, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
* Work alongside teachers to implement engaging and effective learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience supporting children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
* Must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as the role may require travel.
* A caring, resilient, and positive attitude, with a commitment to the well-being and development of children.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and requirements in the educational sector.
