Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Dependent on Experience
Location: Stocksbridge
Hours/working pattern: 37.5 hours per week

About Our Client:
Our client is an environmental and planning consultancy with substantial experience in the delivery of all types of built development, including major infrastructure projects, residential housing schemes, and renewable energy programmes.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director and assist with administrative coordination across the business.
Overview:
This is a varied and fast-paced role involving diary management, event and training coordination, and administrative support across several departments including Marketing, Legal, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
15. Manage the Managing Director’s diary, meetings, and appointments.
16. Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal activities.
17. Organise and track staff training and maintain training records.
18. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.
19. Assist with administration of legal documents and liaise with in-house legal support.
20. Provide administrative support to Health & Safety and Quality Assurance functions.
21. Monitor and manage the company inbox, directing enquiries as required.
22. Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
23. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills & Experience:
24. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrator.
25. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
26. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
27. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
28. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
29. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
