Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the hospitality sector, providing exceptional service and support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to recommend tailored beverage solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of orders.
Monitor and analyse account performance to ensure client satisfaction and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular client visits to assess service levels, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings within the beverage industry.
Achieve sales targets and KPI objectives to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Requirements:
Sales experience in the hospitality sector with a proven track record in account management or sales.
In-depth knowledge of the drinks and wine industry, including trends and product knowledge.
WSET Level 1 certification (or higher) is beneficial.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple client accounts at once.
A customer-centric approach with a solutions-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Full UK driving licence (as travel to client sites may be required).
