Associate / VP – Asset Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus + benefits


Company Overview

A pan-European industrial and logistics real estate platform, headquartered in London, with offices across Paris and Berlin. Established in 2016, the company is a full-service development, management, and investment business focused on urban and infill industrial assets in key European markets including the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Spain, and Italy.


The platform currently manages a portfolio of over 100 assets, totalling approximately 15 million sq. ft and €4bn of assets under management, on behalf of major global investors.


Role Summary

The Associate / VP – Asset Manager will play a key role in driving value across the UK and European industrial portfolio. This position involves leading leasing, income optimisation, and strategic asset management initiatives, as well as coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business plans and investment performance targets.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive income and value growth through proactive leasing and asset management initiatives.
* Minimise vacancy levels by working with third-party leasing agents, sourcing occupiers, and negotiating lease transactions from initial interest through to completion.
* Manage and negotiate new lettings, liaising with solicitors on the drafting and execution of lease documentation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, local authorities, occupiers, and the wider real estate community to enhance the company’s market presence.
* Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials for existing and upcoming vacancies.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of local market dynamics, including supply, demand, and competitive positioning, through regular property and market visits.
* Collaborate with internal teams including investments, finance, design, legal, and marketing throughout the asset lifecycle.
* Review and analyse asset-level reports, including financial performance, CapEx projections, and rent rolls.
* Support business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
* Oversee and manage third-party property managers to ensure high operational and financial performance standards.


Key Requirements

* Proven experience in asset management and leasing within the industrial and logistics sector.
* Strong capability in lease analysis, underwriting (DCF modelling), and negotiation of LOIs and leases.
* Experience presenting market insights, financial performance, and deal recommendations to senior stakeholders and investors.
* Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions, motivate teams, and resolve challenges effectively.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new property management and financial systems.
* Experience managing external consultants and property managers.
* Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel to assets across the UK and Europe as required.
* London-based role.
