What You’ll Do:
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver electronics-based NPD projects
* Apply Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies for end-to-end project success
* Oversee seamless transitions from design to manufacturing
* Improve processes while managing timelines, risks, and communication
What We’re Looking For (Essential Skills):
* 3+ years’ experience managing manufacturing-based product development
* Strong understanding of electronics/hardware lifecycles
* PRINCE2 certified (essential); Agile experience preferred
* Confident using JIRA and visual project tools
