An exciting opportunity has arisen on Gateley Trauma and Orthopaedic Ward for a band 3 HCA to join our team. This is either full-time hours - 37.5 per week or can be flexible with part-time hours.
Come and join us.
There is a fantastic opportunity for an HCA to develop their skills in Trauma and Orthopaedics, delivering specialised care to spinal patients and post-operative orthopaedic patients within a supportive, friendly ward environment.
The successful applicant will be supported by our nursing team to build on and develop skills, including support with the completion of the care certificate, band 3 clinical skills, pre- and post-operative care, and spinal care.
We are constantly striving to learn, improve, and drive change to overcome challenges we face. You will have the opportunity to attend specialty study days and receive support from our ward-based clinical educators.
We have a focus on learning and development and aim to support you to become the best healthcare provider you can be.
If you have experience working in a fast-paced, demanding role and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
