Working to support the existing admin team, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service as required under the supervision of the Admin Team Lead, mainly booking patient appointments by telephone triage. You will be proficient in using Microsoft packages and have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in NHS administrative/clerical environment or equivalent experience is desirable for this post. You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
