Evolve are partnering with a blue chip pharmaceutical organisation who are currently searching for a Contracts Team Leader to join their Sales and Marketing team. The Contracts Team leader will manage the tendered and contracted business elements of their product portfolio and will line manage a team of Contract Co-Ordinators and Bid Writers. This is a full time position based at their head office in the North West. What’s on offer? Ideal Requirements for a Contracts Team Leader * Must have previous experience of managing Bid Writers. * Experience of managing complex public sector tenders, preferably NHS but other industries will be considered. Role Responsibilities for a Contracts Team Leader * Manage a team of Associate Contracts Co-ordinators, Contracts Co-ordinators and Bid Writers. * Ensure a high standard and consistent approach is taken with all tenders to improve tender success. * Ensure the systems and processes are in place to ensure pricing accuracy for all customers.
