Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audits from planning through to completion for a variety of clients, including SMEs and charities
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality audit delivery
* Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit solutions
* Review audit files, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
* Collaborate with partners and managers to provide insights that drive client success
* Review of Financial and Management Accounts
The Person:
* CA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Strong audit experience within practice, with proven leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
* Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple deadlines
