Location: Milton Keynes, Reading or West Thurrock (Hybrid)
Salary: Realistic OTE £80,000 + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a manufacturer-backed commercial vehicle organisation, for an experienced Business Development Manager.
This is a hybrid role based from either Milton Keynes, Reading, or West Thurrock, so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance of one of these sites.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the profitable growth and development of new Contract Hire and Rental business within your defined territory.
You will focus on:
80% new business development
20% contract renewals and account managementYou’ll be selling a full range of trucks and light commercial vehicles, delivering tailored, flexible transport solutions to customers across your region. Key Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and win new Contract Hire and Rental business
Develop opportunities with both new and existing customers
Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM systems
Deliver accurate, commercially sound quotations
Construct professional and compelling sales proposals
Negotiate effectively to close profitable deals
Manage the full vehicle order process through to delivery
Achieve agreed volume and revenue targets
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
