We are offering a basic salary between £28,840 and £42,900 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40‑hour working week and Saturdays paid as overtime, with an additional over‑performance bonus opportunity.

Sign‑on bonus: £2,500 in month 1 and £2,500 in month 13 of employment.

Salary Tiers (Based on Skills and Accreditation)

• Prep Technician – up to £35,000
• Service & Maintenance Technician – up to £36,200
• Service & Diagnostic Technician – up to £38,600
• Senior Technician – up to £41,000
• Master Technician – up to £42,900

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise across all aspects of the job will be essential, from straightforward servicing to complex repairs. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
