The Role: Behaviour Support Assistant
As a valued member of the pastoral and inclusion team, you will:
* Support students’ behavioural development and engagement in learning.
* Work one-to-one and in small groups to support pupils who need extra help regulating behaviour.
* Assist in creating a calm, consistent and positive learning environment.
* Help implement behaviour strategies and pastoral interventions.
* Monitor and record behaviour outcomes to support teachers and senior leaders.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience of working in education, pastoral care or behaviour support, though enthusiasm and the right approach matter most.
