We are looking for a highly motivated New Homes Manager to expand our presence in Sussex, securing new site instructions and building strong developer relationships. The role covers all Countrywide offices in Sussex. This position is Monday‑to‑Friday, no weekends, with uncapped commission and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities
* Forge and develop strong relationships with developers in the area
* Secure and win instructions to new sites
* Obtain and maintain Sole Agency for key developments
* Maintain relationships to a high standard and act as the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
* Stay aware of new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company
Qualifications
* Preferred experience in New Homes Sales with an estate agency, builder, developer or residential sales
* Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target‑driven environment
* Excellent customer care and customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented
* Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
