This company is a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, renowned for its engineering excellence and collaborative culture, now looking to take on a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to support steady department growth.
On offer is a clean manufacturing facility operating on alternating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm shifts. You will manage machine changeovers, optimize tooling, and modify programs using Fanuc and Mitsubishi systems across Mori Seiki, Citizen, and Muratec machinery while working autonomously to high-precision 5S standards.
This role would suit an experienced CNC Setter/Operator looking for a stable role within a close-knit team that offers robust training and genuine career growth.
The Role:
Lead machine changeovers and high-precision production runs.
Modify Fanuc and Mitsubishi programs on modern CNC machines.
Inspect parts to strict tolerances using precision measuring gauges.
The Candidate:
Must have 3+ years of CNC setting and operating experience in manufacturing.
Able to read engineering drawings and work autonomously on production runs.
Systems Background with Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls and Mori Seiki or Citizen machines is ideal.
Shift pattern rotating weekly: 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm
