We are seeking a Training and Development Manager (Fixed term contract for a year until 31 Dec 2026) to join our team in Farnborough. Culturally, our learners are at the heart of everything we do. You will work alongside industry leaders in a state-of-the-art training centre.
What Awaits You?
1. As part of the Partner Training Team, you will design blended learning packages using the latest innovative methods across all Financial Services Brands and functions (BMW, MINI, Motorrad, ALPHERA, Alphabet and Ireland) to Retailers, Partners and Intermediaries
2. Lead the design and delivery of Finance and Insurance (F&I), Product, Industry and Sales programs that drive business objectives and strategic vision, while ensuring alignment with BMW Group brand values, Corporate Identity (CI), and training standards.
3. Be a consultant to the Financial Services Regional Managers equipping them with the expertise and insights needed to effectively support and coach their Retailers and Partners.
