The role: • First point of contact for customer calls and email enquiries up to the point of processing order ensuring we surpass the quality and customer expectations. • Generation of precise and timely sales quotations. • You will provide effective, timely and accurate support to your appointed team to achieve daily/weekly targets. • Maintaining CRM, ensuring customer information is recorded timely, clearly and concisely.
