* Deliver workshops, presentations, and coaching sessions to sales teams.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
* Create and maintain training materials and resources.
* Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training content.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members post-training.
* Work closely with Human Resources to align training with overall business goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales training or enablement roles, ideally within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to design and deliver effective training programmes.
* Knowledge of instructional design principles and tools.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in using technology to support training delivery.
