Managing your own case load, youll collaborate with passionate educators to create asupportiveenvironment wherestudentsthriveacademicallyand personally. Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers, youll drive the fitness to study process and implement strategies that promote student success. Acting as a liaison, youll empower students to developessential life skillslike time management, organisation, communication, budgeting, and decision-making. What we're looking for:
A strong interest working with young people with additional needs.
Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
Level 3 award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities or willingness to work towards.
A great communicator who can engage with the students.
Compassionate and respectful of the learners needs.
A passion for supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
What we offer:
Annual Salary:FTE £23,557, actual salary £13,553.31
Part-time position,25 hours per week, term time only.
