As a Nightshift Bakery Assistant, you will assist in the production of our award-winning products to the highest standards of food safety, output, quality, hygiene and health & safety.
Position: Nightshift Bakery Assistant
Hours: 16 Hours per week, Friday and Saturday evenings
Start Times: 6pm till 02.30am
Rate of Pay:£14.07 per hour
What You’ll Do
* Always working safely in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation
* Operating in multiple production departments within the Bakery
* Preparing and chaffing dough
* Lidding pies
* Filling doughnuts
* Weighing ingredients/following a recipe to create products
* Filling machinery/hoppers
* Baking products
* Packing and inspecting products to ensure legal compliance
* Carrying out cleaning duties in the Bakery and packaging area ensuring a high standard of hygiene/sanitation
Experience in a bakery environment is a bonus — but not essential. We’ll give you all the training you need to rise to the occasion.
